Description:
Retractable tie-bar construction is the most popular trend for middle to large plastic injection molding machine ,which has uncomparable advantages in design.Stress-equilibrium feature is introduced which guarantees the life span of the bar.
Tie-bars are fixed at moving mold platen and two diagonally long-stroke smaller diameter diameter cylinders provide quick platen movement,third platen is no longer required.Two-platen design reduces the span length of clamping unit.NHTH series is the best choice for customers to replace their old machines with larger claming force and with less space occupied.
Two-platen construction shortens the tie-bars length and weight.Higher stiffness of spheroidal box-type cast iron platen.
Stress equilibrium structure of high-pressure champingHigh pressure clamping loading is evenly distributed on threads of tie-bars and no critical components to counteract the loading,marking the machine more stable and durable.
